Protein helps build muscle and fitness and to maintain it. You also consume calcium which ensures the growth and strengthening of bones. Essential minerals must also be consumed as human bones have a high mineral content. Vitamins ensure the overall growth of the body. Phosphorus is another important nutrient because it works in tandem with calcium in the body to strengthen bones. Also make sure you have your daily quota of drinking water. Day by day Things to keep in mind: Growing more often goes beyond the exercise and diet and in your daily life. There are several things you can do more on a daily basis to ensure that you grow. First, do not insist on your body. Give your body enough rest after exercise. Also keep an eye on your posture. A simple thing like sitting or standing straight, extends the spinal cord and also makes you look taller. Bad sitting posture, on the other hand compresses the spinal cord.
